Oil-free bearing (BB211-3)
Based on our companys proprietary technology, the company takes black lead as the main body and uses special lubricate composition to make the internal organization of bearing almost uniform dispersion. And it also uses the same process as manufacturing sintered bearing to manufacture Oil-free bearing is manufactured by same process as sintered bearing,using our special material which graphite-base lubricant is dispersed evenly all over bearing organization by our original technology. Even without lubricating oil, this bearing can be used in OA machines(200-500rpm). This is also used at high-speed (10,000-15,000rpm) by adding alittle Oil-immersion and durable at around 80℃ .

Thin wall bearing (for pinion gear)

Bearing for starter pinion gear has thin wall(0.8-1.0mm) and very long length(22mm).We succeeded this unique shape products to produce in mass production by material development with our supplier and by press modification internally.Our original oil-impregnate know-how made mass production possible at sizing process.
